You can free roam in the game immediately, but you can’t step out of your car. You can only drive in this game. It’s an old game so don’t expect great graphics. Still L.A. looks pretty cool in this game. In the previous video I drove slowly (30 mph), in this video I drive 65 mph and in the next video I’ll drive as fast as I can.
